LED’s Board of Commerce & Industry meets bimonthly and advises on applications for tax incentive programs, including Enterprise Zone, Industrial Tax Exemption, Quality Jobs and Restoration Tax Abatement. All incentive programs have approval reports, which provide project locations and descriptions; a company name and company contact for the project; and incentive values. Economic Highlights Report

The Economic Highlights Report provides annual economic development highlights for Louisiana and follows with an overview of each business incentive and assistance program administered by LED. For each business incentive and assistance program, a brief description of the program's objective and calendar year performance information are included. The performance information includes annual activity levels and other outcomes, illustrating the impact being delivered through the various programs. Download the latest report below.

LED ANNUAL REPORT

Louisiana Economic Development’s Annual Report highlights the significant progress LED makes each year. This document provides valuable insight into the ongoing work LED does – working with partners across the state’s 64 parishes, participating in ground breakings and ribbon cuttings, attracting FDI, supporting small businesses, certifying sites, training our workforce, and more.

FastLane is an online, real-time, searchable database for tax incentive data. Applicants can file advance notifications and applications for statutory incentive programs, pay associated fees and manage their information throughout the project life cycle. Public database searches are available for both advance notifications and approved applications for four incentive programs under the Board of Commerce and Industry: Enterprise Zone, Industrial Tax Exemption, Restoration Tax Abatement and Quality Jobs. Search the FastLane database for information related to specific companies and/or incentives.

LaTrac

LaTrac contains data from the State's Financial Accounting System, AFS, and is presented by fiscal year, cumulative year to date. LaTrac data is derived directly from the General Ledger, and as such represents actual historical accounting data. Mega Fund & Rapid Response Performance Report

LED monitors contract performance to ensure companies live up to performance requirements. The Mega Fund and Rapid Response Performance Report shows each active Mega Fund and Rapid Response project's performance relative to agreed-to targets (i.e. jobs, payroll). Tax Exemption Budget Report

Louisiana Department of Revenue's Tax Exemption Budget Report provides listings of each exclusion, exemption, credit, refund, preferential tax rate or deferred tax liability; legal citation; purpose; estimate of revenues lost for the preceding three years; and estimates of revenue lost for the current and ensuing fiscal year.  To download the reports, visit
