Spotlight Louisiana is an event held annually to recognize the companies in the LED Growth Network. Companies in this network are known as second-stage growth companies. The event seeks to recognize Louisiana’s second-stage growth companies that have utilized LED resources to accelerate their growth and create new jobs.
Spotlight Louisiana 2019
Building upon the success of the inaugural event, the second annual Spotlight Louisiana event was held on March 14, 2019 at the Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center. The event continues to recognize the LED Growth Network and select individual companies for their achievements, while encouraging peer-to-peer support among network companies. The LED Growth Network now consists of more than 350 companies that collectively represent $2.7 billion in annual sales and more than 13,000 FTE employees. At the 2019 Spotlight Louisiana event, a select group of LED Growth Network companies were recognized for their outstanding economic, philanthropic and potential future contributions to the state of Louisiana and their local communities. Inaugural Spotlight Louisiana 2018
The inaugural Spotlight Louisiana event was held on March 22, 2018 at the Old Governor’s Mansion in Baton Rouge. Mr. Dan Wyant, president and COO of the Edward Lowe Foundation, provided the keynote address. It recognized more than 275 LED Growth Network companies that collectively represent in excess of $2 billion in annual gross sales and 10,000 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) employees.
